Admission Arrangements 2027-28
Admission Policy Consultation
We are currently consulting on our Admissions Policy for 2027-28. The consultation window is open from Friday 21st November until the Friday 2nd January.
The changes suggested are as follows:
- Reference to Special Educational Needs Statements replaced with EHCP
- Updated the policy to clarify how parents can request a place for a child to be admitted outside their normal age group, including summer born pupils. The process now clearly explains how to make a request, what we consider, and how decisions are made. This does not alter the admissions criteria but provides clearer information for families.
- Updated the oversubscription criterion relating to Looked After and Previously Looked After Children to ensure full alignment with the School Admissions Code.

This consultation is open to parents, carers, staff, governors, local authorities, diocese, neighbouring schools, and other stakeholders. If you wish to comment on the proposed changes or the admissions arrangements, please contact the school office on (School Office Email) by the closing date of January 2026.
